The Valente family has ancient roots linked to production and oil commerce.
A native of Andria, the land of the best oil in the world, the family moved first to Bisceglie then Trani where the grandparents, including grandfather remember Joseph, former director of storage of oil in the years following the Second World War, all devoted to oil their ancient and handed experience of men born and lived on this land of puglia fierce and fascinating.
Olive trees, their massive trunks and twisted telling thousands of years of history and their silver hair, kissed by the sea wind fragrant, rosemary, fennel and wild mint, an oil producing particular "the Coratina" which gives us an oil precious, unique, which is both food, balsamic vinegar and ointment.
This oil well particular, is now selected and proposed by the Valente family with great care, an accurate selection of the best olives.
